This exhibit, from the White Bluffs Quilt Museum, and displayed at the Richland Library, includes a collection of quilt blocks and Native American artifacts, designed to tell the story of the Corps of Discovery as they searched for a continuous water route across the continent.
The expedition began on May 14, 1804 and ended September 23, 1806. Lewis & Clark's mission was to map the entire route and record as much data as they could about the flora, fauna and native peoples on their journey.
This exhibit is a part of our annual Native American Heritage Celebration and includes exhibits, school presentations, Family presentations of Native Dance Troups, Movie night and a Bus Tour.
