Chef Pauline has created a special holiday menu that includes Dungeness crab & sherry bisque, two salad choices including smoked duck breast "Waldorf Salad," four main courses including roasted rosemary-garlic leg of lamb, several sides and three decadent desserts including walnut and chocolate tarte with bourbon sauce and eggnog ice cream.
