Thank you for your interest in the Tri-Cities. We look forward to your visit!
Accredited travel writers working on travel assignments qualify for assistance
from the Tri-Cities Visitor and Convention Bureau in planning their visit.

Along with submitting your Online Media Visit Request Form you must
provide the following for your request to be considered:

1. A letter of assignment on the publication's letterhead from your
editor/producer indicating intent to publish/air your article/program.

2. Freelancers need to provide two recently published travel related clips
(published within the last calendar year) for the request to be considered.

3. A recent copy of the publication you are writing for.

Our public affairs department is pleased to assist you with your feature stories and coverage of the Tri-Cities area when your audience matches our target markets.

Please note that complimentary arrangements are provided at the discretion of the host business, and are subject to availablity. Black-out periods my be experienced throughout the year that may necessitate a media rate, particularly at hotels. Please allow at least four weeks advance notice for requests for itinerary assistance.
