We know that successful meetings require a great deal of planning. We have a staff that is dedicated to making even the smallest detail an important one.

Whether you are planning a convention, conference, tradeshow, off-site business meeting or something in between, the Tri-Cities has what it takes to make your meeting a successful event to remember.

With two public convention centers, and over 3,400 guest rooms to choose from, there is something to fit your group's needs. The Tri-Cities Meeting Planner's Guide has been developed to serve as a planning reference to our community.

With one phone call to us, our team can gather numerous proposals from various hotels and meeting venues.  There is no charge for this service!

Reservation Services

The Tri-Cities Visitor and Convention Bureau offers online reservation booking services to our clients at a very reasonable price. This service is designed to simplify the reservation process for meetings and conventions that offer mulitple hotel choices to their delegates.

MeetingMax allows delegates to book their hotel reservations on line, and compare the hotels that are offering negotiated group rates for the event they are attending. It allows meeting planners to manage room blocks and monitor how the room blocks are picking up.
