• Assistance in researching how the decision on convention placement is made.
• Securing proposals from area hotels & meeting venues and consolidating them into a well organized, attractive bid packet.
• Developing presentations for site selection committees, we will make the presentation or provide you with the materials to make the presentation.
• Organizing site inspection tours of local hotels, meeting venues and attractions.  On the day of the tour we will accompany your delegation and make introductions.
• Provide complimentary accommodations for qualified meeting planners visiting the area.
• Provide contact information for local attractions, entertainment and services.
• Provide display materials to help create enthusiasm and increase attendance for Tri-Cities Conventions.
