Spend a couple hours with us at Barnard Griffin as we go over history, process (SPECIFICALLY THE TRADITIONAL METHOD) and all things SPARKLING - all the while we'll taste through some of the best imports and domestic sparklers we can get our hands on.

Tickets come with a lecture, take away materials, and of course five different pours of sparkling with some bread and butter (gotta have a palate cleanser).
