Benton County

Benton County was established on March 8, 1905 and was named after U.S. Senator Thomas Hart Benton. Benton County operates under the plural executive form of government and has offices located in Prosser, Kennewick and Richland. The county operates ten parks and the Benton County Fairgrounds, and supports local businesses and development throughout the community.
