The month of June, or Pride Month, marks the annual commemoration of the Stonewall Uprising on June 28, 1969, when New York City police raided the Stonewall Inn, a gay club. The raid led to a riot followed by six days of protests, catapulting the gay rights movement in the United States and throughout the world. More than 50 years later, Pride is a celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community, a recognition of social progress and the challenges still facing the community today.

2026 Pride Events

Drag Night @ Emerald of Siam, Richland

Catch a drag show at the Emerald of Siam. Cheer, laugh, and sing along to the performances of the incredible queens set to take the stage.

Pride Kickoff @ Moonshot Brewing, Kennewick

Make your way to the sixth annual Pride Kickoff at Moonshot Brewing! This event supports local queer organizations, previously donating proceeds to BFPFLAG and TCPride. Pair your beer with their fun activities and join your local community in celebration.

Pride Karaoke @ Emerald of Siam, Richland

Sing to your heart's content at Pride Karaoke at the Emerald of Siam. Dance and join sing-alongs to your favorite Pride songs. This upbeat celebration supports the Tri-Cities Pride organization.

Pride Bowling @ Spare Time Lanes, Kennewick

Make your way to Spare Time Lanes for Pride Bowling night, where complimentary bowling shoes, pizzas, and sodas await! Event-goers can also enjoy a $5-dollar arcade card.

2026 Tri-Cities Pride @ Memorial Park, Pasco

Experience the annual Tri-Cities Pride Festival in Pasco with live entertainment, local vendors, and exciting activities. Join the LGBTQIA+ community in this welcoming event for all ages, where a friendly and inviting ambience exudes throughout the outdoor space of Memorial Park.

Tri-Cities Pride promotes diversity, inclusion, social progress, and respect for our community. It sends a message that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their sexual orientation or identity, helping to build a more vibrant, welcoming, and equitable community for all.

Keep Your Pride Year-Round

The Tri-Cities also hosts a series of year-round events for members of the LGBTQ+ community to continue building connections and showing their pride throughout the year!

Craft Social @ PFLAG Offices

Enjoy a cozy night of easy craft-making for both LGBTQ+ members and allies to the community. Light snacks are provided for an afternoon of working on your own personal project. Masks are required for this event.

Proud Playdates @ West Pasco Library

Whether you're an LGBTQ+ parent or the parent of a queer child, West Pasco Library's Proud Playdates are welcoming to all under the rainbow umbrella, looking to find safe community, for their children to make friendships and connections.

LGBTQ+ Tabletop Social @ Richland Library

Make new friends from the queer community all while enjoying a collection of tabletop games provided by the library (or feel free to bring your own!). This is an 18+ event!
