We have a big focus on bold flavors from PNW ingredients with some southern influence, PNW beer on draft, Washington wines from right here in our region, & amazing craft spirits. We get our beef locally here in the Tri-Cities, from Ickes Beef Co., and our seafood comes in fresh twice a week from Seattle. As you look around our restaurant, you will see pineapples, this a sign for hospitality, which you will see in our passion for this business. We can't wait to meet you!
