Overview

Join us at Barnard Griffin Winery to build your Thanksgiving charcuterie board.

During this workshop we will show you 2 different ways to prepare your cheeses, arrange your large charcuterie board and enjoy a food & wine pairing.

( 1) 16" round charcuterie, feeds 8-10 people

Both imported and domestic cheeses including Cougar Gold Cheese

Locally cured meats from Olympia Provisions

Housemade crackers, grissini, shortbreads & jams

Assorted accoutrements

Demi baguette for you to take home

W ant to bring a friend/family member to help you build your charcuterie board? Email events@barnardgriffin.com to add them on for an additional $30.00. They will receive their own food and wine pairing with this ticket cost.

Classes/events are non-refundable within 10 days of the class/event. If you cannot attend and it is 10 or less days until the class/event, you may transfer the tickets to someone else. Please communicate any scheduling conflicts with Barnard Griffin.
