In this hands-on Mediterranean experience, we’ll explore olive oil the way it’s meant to be learned: by tasting it with food.
Focaccia is our teaching tool — rich with olive oil, golden, and perfect for showing how quality oil transforms simple ingredients.
During class you’ll:

- Make your own olive-oil-rich focaccia to bake at home
- Enjoy a glass of wine during class
- Take home a full bottle of wine to enjoy with your loaf
