Join us for an intimate five-course dinner showcasing the expressive wines of Purple Star Winery, thoughtfully paired with purposeful cuisine by Executive Chef Chris Selfridge.
The evening begins with a social hour featuring an amuse-bouche and a glass of sparkling wine. Each course is expertly matched with a Purple Star selection, highlighting the softer tannins and distinct varietal character achieved through cool, slow fermentation and fruit sourced from premier vineyards in Wahluke Slope, Yakima Valley, and Red Mountain.
Bottles of all featured wines will be available for purchase.
