Creatures. Night. Adventure.
It’s back — the Tri-Cities’ ultimate Halloween tradition where nature, science, and adventure collide! Explore the REACH Museum after dark and discover the fascinating wildlife of the Hanford Reach National Monument. From owls and spiders to wolves and bats, Screech celebrates the mysterious side of the natural world.
Enjoy up-close encounters with special animal guests, hands-on crafts, scavenger hunts, and partner exhibits with U.S. Fish & Wildlife and the Bug Guru. Kids receive a Screech tote bag to collect discoveries, and everyone can grab this year’s limited-edition collectible cards featuring local nocturnal species!
Join our educators for a twilight Night Hike — see like an owl, hear like a deer, and move with the stealth of a fox. Costumes encouraged!
Admission: Included with regular museum admission; free for REACH Members. Members enjoy early access from 5:30–6:00 PM for a special preview experience.
Support Screech by purchasing limited-edition apparel through Bonfire — all proceeds benefit this annual event and REACH education programs.
This isn’t just another Halloween event — it’s Screech. The wild, the weird, and the wonderful, all in one night!
