Event Submission Guidelines
Visit Tri-Cities reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all events submitted to the VisitTri-Cities.com Calendar of Events.
Our calendar is intended to promote events that enhance the visitor experience in the Tri-Cities. Events must be open to the public, have appeal to visitors, and offer a clear, compelling experience that would encourage someone to visit or extend their stay.
Events such as festivals, special events, and unique or seasonal experiences are encouraged. Routine or ongoing activities (e.g. standard wine tastings, happy hours, weekly promotions, or regular business operations) are generally not accepted.
Religious, political, and fundraising events are generally not included and will only be considered on a case-by-case basis if they demonstrate clear visitor appeal.
Submissions must include complete contact information and a high-quality event photo to be to be published.
Events are reviewed in the order received and updated regularly. Please allow two (2) business days for your event to appear.
