Life on the River: Share Your Photos
The Columbia. The Snake. The Yakima. Three rivers, countless ways to experience them—and we want to see yours. Whether you call the Tri-Cities home or you’re here for a visit, chances are you’ve had a memorable moment along the water. Maybe it was an early-morning paddle, an afternoon spent boating with friends, a riverside bike ride, your favorite fishing spot or one of those sunsets that makes you stop and pull out your phone.
Now it’s your turn to show us your Tri-Cities river story.
From October 5–23, we’re inviting locals and visitors to share their favorite photos taken on or along the Columbia, Snake and Yakima rivers within Benton and Franklin Counties.
And don't worry—you don't need to be a professional photographer. We’re looking for the real moments that show what river life in the Tri-Cities is all about: adventures, quiet moments, beautiful views and everything in between.
What happens to your photo?
We’ll select photos to feature right here on the Visit Tri-Cities blog and on our social media channels, creating a community-inspired look at life along our three rivers. We may also share campaign highlights in Visit Tri-Cities newsletters.
Your photos won’t be used in paid advertising or unrelated marketing campaigns. This is all about celebrating the river experiences that make the Tri-Cities special, told through the people who experience them.
So scroll through that camera roll, find your favorite river moment and send it our way.
Three rivers. Your photos. Your stories. Let’s see them.
