With superhero training camps, thrilling contests, live entertainment, and a vibrant array of activities, this annual event is an exciting adventure for kids and families to unleash their creativity and make lasting memories.

When & Where

The 2024 Tri-City Family Expo is on Friday, January 19 and Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the HAPO Center. The event will be open Friday from 12 - 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 - 6p.m.

Become a Superhero at the Superhero Training Camp

Friday $20 | Saturday $25

Kids of all ages and abilities can join the ranks of their favorite superheroes at the Superhero Training Camp, with exclusive character appearances, superhero face painting to transform into your favorite hero, wield superhero crazy wands, conquer the action-packed obstacle course, take the superhero honor code pledge, and cap it off with an awesome graduation ceremony.

Enter a Contest

Let your imagination soar in the Superhero Costume Contest, where little ones (ages 2.5-5 years old) can dress up as their favorite heroes with capes and masks and win prizes. For the architects, the Lego Contest awaits! With two groups Lego Juniors (ages 6-12) and Lego Seniors (ages 13+), provide builders of all ages a chance to create something truly unique and show off their building skills.

Watch Live Entertainment

Make your way to the main stage to enjoy live performances all day, both days of the expo. Listen and dance to live music, watch a variety of dances including ballet and clogging, Superhero Camp Graduation Ceremony, and a knockout Taekwondo demo.
