4 Whistles Winery

We derive our name from the standard 4 whistle pattern that trains use when going over a crossing. Being a short distance away from a railroad crossing, we hear it frequently.

We aim to make all our wines with as little input as possible. This helps the wine and the grapes it came from speak to every person in a unique way. Many of our wines are fermented using native yeast found on the grape skins. We believe this highlights each grape varietal's unique character and requires less inputs.
