Since 1988 we have taken pride in using Walla Walla Sweet Onions which in 2007 became the Washington State official vegetable in 8 of our mustards. Our Plum Catchup Red Ale and White Wine mustards also incorporate local products. We also create dry mixes for dressings salsa and cheese balls.
