Garden Hot Pot
The Garden Hot Pot is a centuries old traditional Chinese soup cooked at your table on a glass-top burner. Fresh ingredients are ordered individually and includes all manner of meats vegetables fish tofu tempura dumplings and a variety of sauces including sesame and garlic. Waiters bring plates of elegantly prepared raw ingredients which the diners then cook in the pot on their table. Meat offerings are presented in thinly sliced rolls and it takes only moments to cook in the boiling broth-based soup.
