The Moore Mansion

200 Rd 34
Pasco, Washington 9930

The region's most romantic, historic wedding and special event venue. The Moore Mansion Event Center features the 1908 Beaux Arts style mansion, a 2,400 sq ft covered, enclosed pavilion with a granite floor, formal wedding tents, 6+ acres of grounds, extensive gardens and outdoor lighting. The mansion was built by James A. Moore, a Seattle entrepreneur who developed Capitol Hill (Seattle), the Moore Theater (2nd Ave, Seattle), the New Washington Hotel (Seattle) and other properties. Moore purchased the famous Washington Hotel (not the "New" Washington Hotel) on Denny Hill from Seattle Mayor Arthur Denny. Moore completed construction on the Washington Hotel only to see it torn down as part of the "Denny Regrade" in about 1907. Portions of the Washington Hotel were brought to Pasco to build the Moore Mansion
