Overview
It's our 75th anniversary, so this year we're taking a movie journey to revisit some of the amazing family movies that have been enjoyed by our patrons through the decades!
- 11 am, Jumanji (1995): Siblings Judy and Peter Shepherd discover a magical board game in their new house's attic. They begin playing it, unleashing jungle hazards like giant spiders and stampeding rhinos, and freeing Alan Parrish (Robin Williams), a man trapped inside the game for 26 years, forcing them all to finish playing to end the chaos.
- 1 pm, The Sandlot (1993): In the summer of '62, Scotty Smalls moves to a new 'hood and joins a ragtag baseball team at the local "sandlot," even though he can't play to save his life. The boys bond over the game and various hijinks—until disaster strikes! Smalls "borrows" a baseball from his stepdad, totally unaware it's signed by BABE RUTH. He promptly hits a home run and loses the priceless souvenir over the fence, right into the yard of the legendary, slobbery, and terrifying dog known as "THE BEAST." The gang launches a series of hilarious, desperate missions to rescue the ball, but at some point, they're going to have to face the Beast.
- 3 pm, Matilda (1996): A girl gifted with a keen intellect and psychic powers uses both to get even with her callous family and free her kindly schoolteacher from the tyrannical grip of a sadistic headmistress.

Feel free to bring blankets to lay on in front of the screen! We attempt to keep our family movies sensory-friendly as possible with plenty of ambient light, lower volume than the movie theaters, and room to fidget.
