Event Overview:
Guests will participate in an interactive farmers market cooking experience featuring fresh seasonal ingredients, hands-on culinary instruction, and family-friendly activities.
18+ years old: $55 per person
17 years old & under: $25 per person
Children must be accompanied by paying adult, 4 children per adult max.
Event Schedule:
Arrival & Welcome
Guests arrive and receive a complimentary tote bag.Participants will gather fresh ingredients from the farmers market including strawberries, mint, cucumbers, radishes, baby potatoes, green beans, cherries, herbs, bread, and pie dough.Children may participate in the water tattoo station during the event.Cooking Demonstrations & Activities
Beverage PreparationInstruction on preparing fresh strawberry mint aqua fresca.Salad PreparationGuests will learn how to prepare pickled cucumber and radish salad.Vegetable & Dressing TechniqueDemonstration on properly shocking vegetables.Instruction on creating a warm emulsified salad dressing.Main Course DemonstrationChef Kyle will demonstrate cooking chicken skewers.Guests will prepare and create their own marinade for the skewers.Dessert PreparationGuests will create homemade cherry pies using fresh-picked cherries and prepared pie dough.Closing & Take-Home Items
Participants will take home fresh fruit, herbs, vegetables, homemade goods, and a ready-to-bake cherry pie.
