Join National Park rangers and REACH educators for a guided 17-mile bike ride through the Columbia River corridor—where history, science, and landscape all connect.
This isn’t just a ride. It’s a moving exploration of the region, from Richland Parkway to the REACH Museum and back.
What to Expect:
Meet at the Tennis Courts in Leslie Groves Park in Richland 17-mile round trip ride (moderate pace)
Scenic route along the Sacagawea Heritage Trail
Guided insights along the way
Stop at the REACH Museum for:
Hands-on activities
Programs on the Manhattan Project
Local plants, wildlife, and ecosystems
Full access to museum exhibits
Before your ride, participants should:
Be comfortable riding 17 miles
Bring water and snacks
Wear a helmet (strongly recommended)
Ensure their bike is in good working condition
Be prepared for summer weather
FREE with registration. Museum admission included thanks to Bike Tri-Cities.
