Join Chef Kyle at Red Lion Hotel Pasco as we craft fresh tortillas from scratch, build three delicious tacos, and discover the tequila cocktail that brings out the best in each one. Every guest takes home a gift to remember the night.
On the menu
Pork Carnitas with a Grilled Pineapple Salsa
Braised pork shoulder, fried, shredded, and tossed in its own reduced braising liquid. Topped with chargrilled pineapple and roasted jalapeño salsa and served with avocado lime crema.
Paired with a Paloma.
Coriander and Cumin Crusted Chicken with Cilantro Gremolata
Spice-crusted, pan-seared chicken breast with smoked tomatillo salsa verde and quick-pickled red onions, finished with crumbled cotija cheese.
Paired with an Orange Margarita.
Flat Grilled Adobo Marinated Flank Steak
Flank steak marinated for 24 hours, flat grilled and thinly sliced, with sautéed sweet onions and peppers, topped with an agave and chipotle crema.
Paired with a Tequila Negroni.
