Join us for a fresh, blooming evening celebrating the flavors of the season at Riva Riverside Italian Dining. In this guided class, our expert bartender will walk you through crafting four spring-inspired cocktails, sharing the bright, floral flavors, techniques, and ingredients that make this time of year so perfect for sipping. You’ll learn how to shake, stir, and garnish each drink using fresh, seasonal ingredients and professional methods, with delicate tasting pours served throughout the evening.
Your ticket includes a Riva-branded tote bag with professional bar tools to take home, custom recipe cards with both standard and tasting-size measurements, and your own meat and cheese board to enjoy during the class. Water and snack breaks will also be included to keep the evening relaxed and social.
