Yoga + Vanta Haus Experience
October 3, 2026
Overview
Combine mindful movement and a cycling experience like no other. Prepare to set your intention, open the heart, and rev up for an energizing Vanta 45. Join us at Domaine Magdalena, where rhythm will meet intention and the beats will have you flying. Don't miss this special collab! (AND WEAR PINK!)
Join me + the incredible Vanta Haus crew
(a new pop-up cycling experience)
in the Tri-Cities, for a special dose of mindfulness,
activation, and powerful persistence.
Come step onto the gorgeous patio of Domaine Magdalena winery, in Benton City.
We'll be hitting the mat for an intentional breathwork and warm-up,
opening up the lungs and preparing for a special Vanta 45 ride!
✨Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get set-up, connect, and get to know this beautiful venue that I've grown to love so quickly!
✨Introductions from the beautiful crew at Vanta Haus, with some guided instruction for setting up and preparing for a ride
that is made to suit you and your comfortability.
✨We'll move through a short breathwork practice, before engaging in a 10-15 minute vinyasa practice together!
✨Hit the bike, stay focused, and find harmony as you lose yourself to the beats in a 45 minute Vanta Haus experience!
(Mats are available to borrow if needed. Bikes & Shoes are provided for your ride!)
✨Afterwards, we'll take it to the mat again for a quick mindful and restorative flow to stretch out the muscles,
return to your intention, and get ready to enjoy a delicious pour of Domain Magdalena wines.
Stick around, enjoy a sip of wine or delicious kombucha option,
as you settle in after our yoga and Vanta Haus experience.
I'll catch you on the mat!
