In 2019, visitors spent $498.4 million in Benton and Franklin Counties. Included in that figure:

  • $108.1 million in dining establishments
  • $99.2 million for overnight accommodations
  • $128.2 million in retail shops
  • $82.3 million on recreational activities

State and local tax revenues in the amount of $56.1 million were also collected, supporting services enjoyed by residents long after the visitor is gone.
