Visit Tri-Cities Excellence in Service Award program is now accepting nominations for outstanding standing customer service in the Tri-Cities! Nominations for the award are being accepted until September 1, 2022. The Award celebrates and recognizes businesses and individuals of the Tri-Cities’ tourism and service industry for their ongoing commitment to go above and beyond to provide customer service. The recipient of the award will be announced at Visit Tri-Cities’ Annual Meeting in November.
Kathy Nutt, Wine Club Concierge of Frichette Winery, earned the honor in 2021. Kathy not only provides an amazing customer experience, but she is also a true Tri-Cities ambassador. By enthusiastically sharing local experiences and recommendations for dining out, outdoor recreation, performing arts, and more with visitors, Kathy creates a memorable experience and earned this prestigious recognition.
Visit Tri-Cities Photo Contest
While you’re out and about in the community enjoying all the Tri-Cities has to offer, be sure to snap a pic and post to social media channels using #TCTourism for a chance to win amazing prizes including 3 airfare packages from Avelo Airlines (@aveloair)! Photos will be judged by a secret group of tourism experts, so post the best of the best!How to Enter: Share your favorite photos of the Tri-Cities! Eligible photos must have been taken in Tri-Cities, Washington in the last two years. Photos may feature any tourism-related activity in the Tri-Cities.
For inspiration consider photos of scenic vistas, group activities and attractions, outdoor recreations, craft beverages, eateries, and cultural exploration.
