Since 1988 we have taken pride in using Walla Walla Sweet Onions, which in 2007 became the Washington State official vegetable, in 8 of our mustards. Our Plum Catchup, Red Ale and White Wine mustards also incorporate local products. We also create dry mixes for dressings, salsa and cheese balls.
